NICOLAS BAUMARD is a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. Inspired by contractualist theories, his work is based on the idea that morality aims at sharing the costs and benefits of social interactions iimpartially. This theory has led to a book and a series of articles in evolutionary biology, experiment psychology, cognitive anthropology, and moral philosophy.
