EVA WISTEN is a 27-year old Swedish journalist living in New York City who writes about science, pop culture, social trends, and media. She is the author of Single in Manhattan: On Alpha Males, Gold Diggers and American Dreams.

She came to New York when she was 21. She is now a freelance writer with two monthly columns, one on media for Dagens Media and one on relationships for Pause. She writes for Dagens Industri Weekend (the weekend section of the largest financial daily), the Swedish culture magazine Bon (that would have it’s closest equivalent in British I.D.), Swedish Elle and Dagens Media (the Advertising Age of Sweden).
